Submitted by dave on December 28, 2009 - 11:31am.On one hand, we have a government who can't even get a mad bomber on the no-fly list after his own father calls to book his stay at Club Gitmo.
On the other hand, the same government wants to use the same list to say "nuh-uh, you're too dangerous to buy a gun. No due process for you!"
Hunh.
